guarantees products to be free of defects and workmanship at
the time they are shipped. Variations in coloring, grains,
scars, finishes, blemishes, and knots in natural materials
such as leather or wood are natural and are to be considered
part of the unique nature of each item, and should be
considered bonuses rather than defects in the character of the
item.
Before any item is returned you
must email us at
SBHLeather@aol.com
for return authorization. Information to include in the email:
customer name, purchase number, item and item number, and the
reason for the return.
NO returns on any products that can be exposed to bodily
fluids or inserted into the body (i.e.: blood, semen, urine).
We reserve the right to refuse returns on any item that has
been worn, damaged, stained, soiled, or smells of cigarette
smoke, perfume, etc. Items must be in resalable condition
unless defective.
No returns on custom ordered items unless the items are
found to be defective.
- Items must be returned within 14 days.
- Defective items (manufacturer mistakes) will be repaired
or replaced at manufacturer’s option.
- Items made to customer’s specification, which do not
meet customer’s satisfaction, will be repaired or
replaced at the manufacturer’s option and at the
customer’s cost.
- Inflatable or rubber items can be damaged due to over
inflation; material fatigue; or the use of incompatible or
destructive lubes and cleaners. This is user related and
NOT a defect in the item. These and all other items need
to be checked upon arrival and before use for defects.
All other items must be returned within 14 days for full
credit. If the items are returned between 14 and 30 days the
customer will be credited 50% credit. Items will not be
accepted for return after 30 days unless special arrangements
are made within the first 14 days.
Return credits DO NOT
include shipping charges.
